Can I Whitelist an Email Address?
Why ImprovMX does not allow individual email address whitelisting.
Our spam protection measures run system-wide and are not manipulatable on a per-domain or per-account basis.
We can, however, help diagnose any delivery issues you may be having. Please check your logs to locate an instance of the message in question and then get in touch with us so we can investigate further.
